Mobietrain trains salespeople in Middle East and Africa

HR Tech Valley startup member Mobietrain has closed a deal with Azadea, a large retailgroup in the Middle East and Africa. Azadea will use MobieTrain's mobile learning platform to train 7.800 employees.

The retail group Azadea is active in 14 countries across the Middle East and Africa and has over 50 international brands (Decathlon, Zara, I AM, Massimo Dutti) in its portfolio. To train 7.800 of its employees, Azadea has selected MobieTrain.

MobieTrain has designed its platform to make learning fun, challenging and result-oriented. The platform combines insights from different disciplines: behavioral science, digital technology, gamification and user experience. MobieTrain developed this platform in collaboration with retailers in fashion, sports, accessories and beauty.

'We offer personalized learning trajectories and use reinforcement techniques to increase the effectiveness of training', explains founder and managing partner Guy Van Neck. 'The platform was designed with mobile first in mind because we strongly believe in training anywhere, anytime and on any device that the trainee prefers. We also integrated an extensive set of tools enabling management to track the progress of the trainees in real time.'
