We’re proud of this achievement which proves we captured the need for synergy and knowledge sharing on the tech-driven evolution of HR within the entire HR ecosystem (HR Tech companies, HR departments and HR service providers).
Our rapid growth - HR Tech Valley was founded on March 1, 2017 - made it clear that if we want to continue to bring added value and grow the community, we need to reinforce our HR Tech Valley team.

You get a kick out of organizing initiatives and events that inspire and match the needs of our members and the entire ecosystem, such as ThinkTanks, roundtables, networking, guided visits to trade fairs,… You also make sure our website stays up-to-date, follow-up on members, turn ideas into reality,… in short: you make things happen.
Switching between Dutch and English is something that comes natural to you. After all, the technological evolution of HR is a global phenomenon and English is its lingua franca. Closely following what’s happening in the HR sphere is part of your daily routine and you look forward to synthesizing these developments in digestible snippets and insightful articles.
- Business Developer with HR experience
You’re a commercial star and know the inroads and the who’s who in the world of HR. Besides an experienced networker you’re also a born matchmaker who effortlessly identifies needs of (potential) members and translates them into initiatives for HR Tech Valley. Your experience in managing projects with external partners enables you to take the current project ideas to the next level and initiate new projects.
You love to communicate on- and offline and are fluent in Dutch and English (other languages are an asset). You feel at ease in front an audience – as a keynote speaker and as a workshop facilitator – and know how to structure and tell a good story both orally and in writing.
